Click the manga you want to upload to
Then click the flag
And it should a have a choice that says upload chapters or something similar
Then you follow the steps from there

How to upload with good quality?? I use imgur and the manga we upload looks so blurry...I want to cry!

I’m not sure cause I use that too but try to crop the images smaller so the panels aren’t to long and check the image quality make sure it’s not low
