My Korean isn't perfect but from what I understood, Hwan went crazy faced because he was excited by Chiwoos reactions, like in a he's finally "his" kind of way. So when he pinned Chiwoo he was telling him to be patient. Then he made a comment after they both came that their jizz was all mixed together and he thought it was a beautiful sight. When they showered, it was more flirty sexy talk. The pillow talk after was about them sleeping together a lot when they were kids and how they hadn't dont that in a while. Chiwoo said he would sleep with Hwan because he was afraid of nightmares but now his fear is that his relationship with Hwan is a dream (fr tho, even Chiwoo feels the relationship progression came outta nowhere lol). Hwan tells him he loves him and he'll say it whenever. Chiwoo is excited to tell Jin that him and Hwan are official. Jin gives him a very fake congratulations. Chiwoo calls him out on it and explains that he thought he'd be the one person who he could tell the good news to. He says he don't like Hwan because Hwan is SUS. Chiwoo leaves mad and goes home. His ?sprout tells him someone else has a sprout and a contract too but he don't know who. And then Jin says long time no see Moonie (its name looks like Korean for nothing/worthless lol).
