Hmm I feel differently, I think that Yukino did have some sort of feeling towards Arata but he held himself back because like he said he was scared to be too involved with someone, too scared to take the risk. But Arata helped him see that it was okay and Yukino could finally let go of that guilt and accepts Arata.
