I love his knowledge of food. I love how it's not just Japanese food shoved down your throat when reading. He's able to make a variety of dishes so it doesn't get boring at all. I mean, I do love my Japanese food, don't get me wrong, but it's nice to see an isekei delve into good food that isn't strictly Japanese.
