Also I feel that compared to all the chapters so far, this chapter did the best job yet in portraying the kdj x yjh dynamic.
(Personal opinion coming pls dont flame lmao)
Somehow, so far, the way kdj's expressions were drawn talking about YJH felt a little emotionally distanced/indifferent to me (which, all novel readers know isn't the case)
But this chapter did a great job; it managed to capture a considerable percent of the essence of their interactions in the novel, the way Dokja unflinchingly called them Life and Death companions ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ or the way he audaciously interrupted yjh, knowing full well that he's the only one who can get away with pushing the other guy's buttons(≧∀≦)or even the way he was so adorably haughty and proud in claiming YJH as his best companion
He was legit oozing 'I Know Him Best What About It' vibes
And YJH's face lmaoooo I love his shook himbo moments hehe Hubby is impressed
I really loved the way this chapter was done
BITCH SHUT THE FRONT DOOR
DID YALL REALIZE
Kim Dokja didn't call him "Yoo Joonghyuk", "Yoo Joonghyuk-ssi" or "Joonghyuk-ssi"!!
THE MAN STRAIGHT UP LAUNCHED INTO "Joonghyuk-ah~" and i hope yall know that not only is dropping the surname and formal honorifics a big ass deal in eastern cultures, there's the fact that he substituted it with "ah" which implies a significant degree of closeness just found this interesting.
Careful Dokja the simp in you is showing
And, SPOILER WARNING!! SHIPPING WARNING!!

IIRC, apart from shin yoosung and lee gilyoung, the only person he ever used this for is Yoo Jonnghyuk
(Unfortunately it doesnt exactly continue lest YJH destroy KDJ in a tsundere fit of embarrassment)
Of course, compared to the million other gay things they do this is relatively tame haha
