I agree that is why we have manga like this center around humans, then we have demons n how a human side with them after seeing the bad side of humans trying to eliminate or controls the demons n then we have the side where both works together n have both human n demons enemy. So it just depend on the manga u r reading n this one takes humans as first priority.

I agree. Maybe the idea is all evil ones? The ants were attacking them, so some of the creatures could be a threat. But, maybe they will let the peaceful ones live? Like, kill all the bad stuff.

But the author most likely wants to highlight how ingenious of a clan lady head our FL is; this is just unfortunately one of the unlucky predicaments side characters get to shine more light on the protagonists, in this case, a very barbaric method at that.
I am so confused, why do they have to eradicate all the demons? It seems that the demons have their own lives just as humans do. Like i understand that the humans have to attack them in order to protect but isnt killing ALL the demons stretching it?
