You make a very valid and intriguing point. The transference of luck must have been on a more ephemeral plane than that of my "obviously meant to be a stab at crass humor" remark.
...that the "luck goddess' son' was the uke. Wouldn't his powers have been easier to transfer through "insemination"?? Just asking...
