Hard agree. I am all for self healing and moving on. I really do think Mafuyu needs to really really move on. The way he looks at Ue with Yuki’s shadow behind makes me little upset. I mean I understand it’s hard to move on but it’s unfair for the other party. Just take a break and heal. And maybe then try a new relationship.
Do you think getting rid of a traumatic event is easy ? Having to see that he sees uenoyama is normal every one has that moment of oh they remind me of this person but yes mafuyu seeing uenoyama as yuki is something "bad or annoying " do you think it's easy for him not to try and remember things from The past him seeing uenoyama as yuki is nothing wrong he just see's him bc he doesn't want history to repeat itself him being scared of the past and present is something that is hard for him why can't anyone understand his pov ngl when hiragi actually notices that he was someone who kinda caused the pain and problem of mafuyu being left out had me understand that hiragi has been understanding him and same for shizu . But how come no one doesn't understand character development that's what all characters have! And when I read the last chapter I felt that people hate mafuyu for no reason like him remembering the past is nothing bad maybe y'all don't understand his pov why can't anyone understand that when you read a manga manhwa manhua or anything you have understand every characters POV .
Also off topic can anyone tell me why I dislike hiragi like I love him sfm but my mind is like I dislike him like no I love him but me disliking him does not mean I hate him I just don't know why I dislike him when I see him I love him but ya know I don't know what6wrong with me . Honestly don't take this whole (essay I think this is a essay to me I wrote to fuckin much ) think as a insult, to heart , this is not meant to offer anyone I'm sorry for my actions .

I understand how important yuki was to mafuyu and how traumatic losing him was and I didn't expect mafuyu to just get over him like nothing BUT what I expected when I picked up this manga, while it only in it's 6th chapter, was mafuyu to properly reciprocate uenos feelings.
What bothers me is that there's really not much or anything tbh that mafuyu has done that shows he truly loves ueno and sadly I can't even pinpoint a particular moment in this whole manga where I got the feeling that oh ueno is loved :/
It's so unfair towards ueno to have to keep walking in someone's shadow like this. Literally the last 5 chapters have been all about him trying to compete with someone who's no longer there and that's fairly anticlimactic imo... Actually in fact ueno has been pulling the yuki load on his back ever since mafuyu picked up the guitar .-.
I don't hate the "yuki's tragedy" plotline nor do I blame him for his actions like some do I just simply don't like the way mafuyu's character is coming together because it just makes it seem like he's rebounding off ueno unfortunately...
Honestly I guess I just wish sensei took a different approach to mafuyu's character and perhaps them getting together should've been prolonged but it is what it is and it's frustrating lol. At this point I'd prefer them going their separate ways and meeting again after a time skip during which mafuyu took his time to heal properly and ponder on what he truly felt for ueno and such but I doubt we're getting that so aye ╮(￣▽￣)╭
