I think bastastache is a good guy. Like he hates 'veronica' like us and not the FL and in her past life too he didn't do anything bad....or did he? Well as I know he hates the other nobles too same as us so I think he's gonna turn into their ally later on especially with that good looks(〜￣△￣)〜
