That's part of it but Osiris wants Seth himself. Having a baby is just a prerequisite for Osiris to have Seth, since Seth believes that children are what shackles couples together, Osiris will impregnate Seth so he could shackle Seth to himself. It's basically killing two birds with one stone just like how Osiris described it in the current chap.
