From my understanding, someone poisoned her and that poison would cause her to not have children. And Aristia remembers when she had a miscarriage in her past life that she believes was the same poison that was used on her. The poison seemed to have happened to her mother also I think they mentioned, and her mother was able to have her, so they're saying that its possible she may not have children but at the same time she probably can.
Because she was recently poisoned, that poison was that strong that now is highly likely that she cannot bare children anymore, it was one of the possible side effects
