Actually it's a good idea to read the novel. It's too fast in the manhwa. He's with the Vienna's to undo whatever happened to her, as said in the earlier chapters. The manhwa did go from 1 to 100 real quick imo
I read the novel up to the same point in the manga, and i assure you that the novel explain so much more. If i remember it correctly it is about chapter 14 or 15 when she was brought to the North so the manhwa is going too fast. In the novel they also kinda explain more why everyone seems to pamper her, the act of letting her sit on their lap or spoonfed her also feels more right than in the manhwa
This is too confusing. Their initial responses are unbelievable and over the top. Idk, if it's the translator or that's the original but really there's no logic in it. Why keeping her under surveillance when she fcking drank it for his sake and really? There's a fucking huge hole in there. Said to be the powerful duke but can't even investigate properly.
