For now, she didn't trust him yet considering what happen in her previous life and there is no guarantee that Ren would believe her either. Ren is like double edge sword, though he hated the duke but he is a mad dog, you can't control him, it's too risky.
I mean.... they both hate the duke... couldn't they team up and plan the downfall of the duke and his house?
