The seme loved the ex but I think he just moved on that fast is bcuz he was prepared. Like what he knows was that ex didn't love him but loves another guy so he was prepared for the break up like he was literally crying so much on the first or second chapter
In my opinion the seme moving on wasn’t fast I believe because he had been around the ex since they were little kids he grew up believing he loved the ex but in all honesty it could have been simply dependency, admiration and possessiveness or even family love but I don’t feel the seme actually loved the ex
This is why he seemed to move on so fast it was because he never truly got to be apart from the ex until the breakup so when he allowed himself to talk with someone else he realised that he was able to like someone else
