The thing with dubious sex is that the person who is drunk can't rationally make decision. They cant think straight and do not know what they doing. However, our stance on dubious sex started recently and thus I will choose to look over this aspect since this is in the past and for plot purposes since I kinda like this story.

Well I understand that too...but the problem is unlike u guys I'm not able to somehow ignore it ....i really am trying to hold it in too but it's just pissing me off.....she was drunk ...no consciousness....no consent ....and to top it off he's using that to blackmail her into wedding....I rlly can't ignore it just because he loves her ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
No I completely understand you hence why I had to point out that in today's society we can't accept this happening to drunk people men or women. Also only one person was drunk here.

To me. I just consider it like the typical Chinese ceo trope in novels and mangas. I was upset too they used it in here and could have really written this better by editing the dubious consent part.
But, I skim past that part quickly and just read since I find the characters here kind of refreshing.

fiction is okay, but if its real life never have sex with someone who is drunk and is not in the right mind to give consent :D
