Honestly if you're thinking about it like that you really shouldn't read this genre even if he was almost 30 in his past life he's only like 12 in this life with his memories it doesn't make him older it's just his mind that is older now ntm he has already said he doesn't find women his age in this life now attractive or older women attractive

it kind of makes me angry too because I only ever see these types of comments when it's guys that are being reincarnated and not the women even tho it's literally the same thing the whole point of him being reincarnated is to be able to live his life with a loving family and to protect them and if he gets in a relationship that's perfect he's living the life he always wished for in the past and it's not a harem if he's not in a relationship with any of them and they all just like him it's two different things

I have yet to read a story where a woman reincarnates, but FOR ME would be the same feelings if she looks at a young boy in that way while she is a whole ass adult inside? I get the new life thing, really, and even liked the choice of the author of another isekai story (i forgot the name) to make the MC eventually forget about his past to fully live his new life without looking back

i'm only saying that art is the kind of person to tell those girls the truth he's over 30 years old and has had women throwing themselves at him in his past life so he's not so oblivious to their feelings so he'll tell the ones that like him that he doesn't see them romantically that why i said they'd be hurt cos he gonna be really blunt with them and it may hurt their feelings. sorry if that offended you i didn't communicate my intention properly in the earlier comment so that's my bad ( ̄ε(# ̄)Σ

and most if not all of the female reincarnation stories at least on here is about revenge but it also has romance in it but most of the time they get sent back to like an older age but sometimes they get reincarnated as like babies and then they grow up but I never see those types of comments I'm sorry for being rude I could have phrased that a lot better

Outcast is right, and the thing is although we think of Art as an adult In a childās body. The thing is he is a child in a childās body whom just has a glimpse into a mature point of view do to his past life yes he acts mature but trough the the story you see that he is not holding on to his past life unlike few other iseki novels. Like for example ā Iām thinking of quitting the villainess onterageā the Mc is a mother whom sacrifice her life for her daughter dies and now is inside an otome game. Unlike Art I feel she is more of her adult self and in love with a kid her daughters age.
There is plenty of different iseki manga if your not comfortable reading āTBATEā than I recommend you read:
This girl is a little Wild (I count it as iseki)
I belong to House Castello
Queen with a scalpel
The villainess turns the hour glass.
Thereās a few more but I think this could get you started reading Novels that give you a different feel and wonāt make you uncomfortable Baabiction

Interesting rabbit hole to delve deeper into. If a six year old reincarnated into a body of a 26 year old, would that individual still be scorned for interacting with other minors their mental age? Or if a 26 year old reincarnated into a six year old body, who are they supposed to find romantic interest in? Does mental age matter or physical age? I would argue that the law applies to physical age, but indeed, there are other factors to take into consideration.
Isn't Arthur almost 30? This is what bothers me the most in isekai genre the man continues with his own identity and age but looks like a child/teenager and gets involved with another child/teenager
