Your not wrong. I mean if suddenly you were transmigrated into another world , of course you should worry about your safety. I mean you can worry about the ML or OG heroine later when you have grasped your situation and your status .
You're not a bad person it was natural since it was a human natural instinct to take priority of themselves first. It's bad to ignore others but if you're really really in the face of trouble it becomes a normal.
A lot of these kind of stories' MCs are always thinking abt others first like: "but what will happen to the OG heroine?", "I can't get involved with the ML 'cause he should be with the heroine, even if I like him and he likes me, I should back off". I'm not the kind of person that thinks like that, I wouldn't stay one more day at that place when the emperor kind of said he would kill me just to help the princess. I would search for my own happiness first I wouldn't be worried abt the heroine, I'm always my first priority. Sometimes I wonder if I'm actually a bad person, idk. How do y'all think? How would you act in this situation? I'm curious
