I don't think they're gonna include another bullying incident in the story which happens in the academy though. I think they changed this part same as what they did to some parts (like after the fight with the elderwood guardian)

So what happened is that the bullying incident where a dwarf was being beaten bc of racial discrimination happened in the academy (during opening ceremony to be exact) and art and elijah went to help (although art planned to stay low-key) the dwarf. Can't really remember all that's happened but I think after the fight Tess (who's the student council pres that time) saw art and behaved rudely towards him. I think she said that he was raising a ruckus or what. somethin like that. she somewhat insulted art. Although he was just helping. But she explained it to art when she helped him (there's another incident, too long) saying that she was just mindful of her position and that she was just too nervous in front of him and she got upset that art didn't even greet him when they first met again in the academy. That's why she got angry and blurted out those things after the bullying incident.

arthur didn't call ms. goodsky to make her expel those students and princess kath didn't appear during the bullying incident to help. it was the elf princess who appeared during the fight and that was a sour reunion between Arthur and the elf princess coz she did not even side with arthur although what he did was to help. maybe they changed this part so we won't hate the elf princess when she appears?
