I think he can just change the size of his body parts but it seems to take a lot of work. So, I would guess that he can become smaller with practice but idk if he can alter his appearance.
The Author seems to be using Soft Magic System so it's possible Cavo can do it. Cavo doesn't really explore his abilities much since he's comfortable in his forest home, he can eat either fruits or meat and he usually just use his abilities to hide. I hope more updates would come soon (▰˘◡˘▰)
The human Cavo drawings and the fact that he can alter his *ehem* shape, does that mean Cavo can turn human whenever he wants to??
