when Do Gyeong Joon wakes up, the doctor tells him that the surgery was a success and that Cain went back to Hell, and had no other reason to come back and that he only used him as a door. Obviously, Do Gyeong couldn't accept it but the doctor tells him to wake up and accept reality: he's free from the Devil! All of this is a lie though. It's the favor that Cain asked the doctor.
Also, before, Cain asked the doctor what had happened (they were attacked by Satan's army) and gave the doctor his power back that he had exhausted during the surgery.
Cain puts a barrier before he leaves. After that, they're attacked by the new guy that somehow manages to break through the barrier. Meanwhile, Cain and Sid reencounter . Sid orders a flock of demons to attack Cain yare yare. Now, in a flashback in Sid's subconscious (where those eyes and voices are) Satan appears before him, freezing the eyes and intimidating Sid. Satan tries to strike a deal with Sid. Sid can wish for one thing in exchange for letting Satan use his body (?). After Satan leaves, Sid tells him to go fuck himself. Sid, in the present time, thinks "only a bit more" when suddenly Cain stabs him. On the other hand Jin Yeong (Do Gyeong's friend and Sid's door) frees himself from the restraints Sid put on him as Sid gets weaker. Sid tries to go back to his door so he can go to Hell but Cain doesn't let him and slams him to the ground and feels betrayed by Sid and Sid attacks him saying "this is why you can never do it (kill him)". A flashback to a young Cain and Sid (Cain gifts Sid the ball (the thingy that Do Gyeong now has as a weapon and in the spansih translation it called Chabsal) that is actually a part of Cain's wing.).
Sid goes to his door but when he opens the door to Jin Yeong's apartment, Jin stabs him with a knife. We also see Jin Yeong's soul break apart. After a bit of a fight, Sid restrains Jin.
Now, after the attack by the new guy, new guy enters the apartment only to discover them gone. The doctor, Gale, and Do Gyeong are riding the ball thingy (Chabsal) that transformed into some sort of dragon idk. Now, they're flying on top of Chabsal and decide to make a stop in a park to rest when Do Gyeong's phone rings. They find the phone inside Chabsal (it said that it saw the phone as something important before so it just like, grabbed it). When Do Gyeong checks his phone, he sees that it was Jin Yeong who called him and is surprised (there hadn't been a trace of Jin Yeong for a while). Jin also sends him a message asking him to come to his house. They rush to his house but find a couple of people keeping watch in the case that Jin Yeong appears so like, Gale does his thing to make them invisible and picks the locks on their way up to Jin Yeong's apartment. jin Yeong opens the door and askes them "so, which one of you is Do Gyeong?"
So then they present themselves but Do Gyeong is really confused. Then we find out that Sid altered his memories, meaning that he now doesn't remember anything about the demons, doors, and not even about the people around him (mainly Do Gyeong). Anyway, they change into other clothes (their other clothes were burned or just really ruined)
Jin Yeong only knew Do Gyeong's phone number cuz it was highlighted in a backup file cuz his other contacts and files were all deleted. Do Gyeong tells to be more careful, whatever. Jin Yeong asks him if they were friends before and Do Gyeong hesitates cuz like, he's contemplating all of the shit that happened before (Jin Yeong confessing his feelings, then shooting him and himself and Jin Yeong struggling to breathe due to the seal and also him (Do Gyeong) having sex with Cain in the astral plane or something like that.) but tells him that yes, they were friends and will always be (but he's sorry that he can't tell him everything). Jin Yeong is very happy cuz like, what if he had called the wrong person? Then Jin Yeong has a headache and tells them he's had them since he woke up a few hours ago. Do Gyeong asks the doctor to check on him. (new ship...?) anyway, Do Gyeong goes to the bathroom and on his way back, he says that he can't still believe that Cain would abandon him like that when suddenly a blackout occurred. Meanwhile, Cain is dealing with some persistent demons and attacks them fast and there was an attack from another place with a shit ton of flashes? idk. so, back to Sid, who remembers when he restrained Jin and gave him one hell of a blowjob and then alters his memories while also looking into them. Sid tries to stand up, saying that "that bastard will become an annoyance" when a new guy appears with a couple of very angry dogs (don't worry, apparently he's on Cain's side).
The doctor, Gale, and Do Gyeong decide to go to the hospital/the doctor's vet to rest and for Jin Yeong.
New guy (Ben) goes to the place where Cain used to go when he was in Hell and asks for the monarch, but the little girl tells him that Cain is in the human world and that there's an unusual high demonic energy, possibly in the human world and Ben decides to go there.
Back to our trio + Jin Yeong, Do Gyeong asks himself how in the world could his soul recover so fast when the doctor points out that his eyes are a very bright shade of light blue. Do Gyeong freaks out and remembers the time Cain also had his eyes like that when the bullet started hurting his heart. The doctor then is like "sorry, sir. but i've already chosen my side" when he realizes that Do Gyeong is basically more powerful cuz he can order Cain around when Cain is the most powerful demon in hell (alongside Satan but whatever) but lets himself be hung up on a mere human. the doctor tells Do Gyeong the truth (about the favor and all). Then we see Cain saying he misses and wants to see Do Gyeong and that this whole situation is a mess. Cut to Do Gyeong being an absolute beast behind the wheel. Then Cain is flying around when Do Gyeong sees him and goes in pursuit of him. Cain notices and flies even faster and makes a sharp turn around a cliff. Well, Do Gyeong being the bad bitch he is, putting all of his trust in Cain, literally flings the motherfucking car out the cliff, Chabsal is screaming its lungs out, and Cain thinks that Do Gyeong is absolutely fucking insane, but obviously saves the car and his bae with it. When Cain puts the car on the ground, Do Gyeong looks like he passed out and Cain freaks out but Do Gyeong all of the sudden hugs Cain and says "I got you!" (¡Te Tengo...!)
