Your theory might actually be possible about the poison also I believe it's more like isekai rather than reincarnation since FL originally came from another world.

So I think that since the MC drank the poison from the wine that was supposed to kill her that poison may still be in her and so when she drank the other poisons the first poison makes her immune to it. Though, I don't know why she didn't die from the first one. But I think it's because she's not that bodies rightful owner. This is a reincarnation right?
