I must applaude you for being able to see how super problematic Taku is and his unhealthy pretend relationship with Haesoo. Taku is toxic, and that's dangerous to both himself and his partners. He is toxic because of his obsession and emotional manipulation. He is indeed manipulative, indeliberately so but manipulative nonetheless. The way I observe and perceive his character I believe he's actually more of a sociopath than a pyscho, due to the fact that he cared very little about his past partners. He did and gave them what they wanted from him yes but he never really had true feelings for them and probably just saw them as objects rather than people with feelings. He even likened his past lovers to candy which he spits out after all the sweetness is gone. Taku's problem is that he can't connect/relate to people emotionally. He's a person lack of empathy. This is why it's so hard for people who know what kind of person he truly is to believe that what he feels for Haesoo is anything other than mere obsession. He did approached Haesoo with the aim for a quick fling in mind, after all. Just like how he approached his models beyond what is considered professional, manipulated them for his own gain, then dumped them after he reached his end, so did he try to 'snatch' Haesoo in his net with his... Sex tape. Like dude couldn't get any worse at playing the field. Which brings us to another fact that he's a major creep. All this said, you wouldn't want to be around people like Taku, trust me.

And for Those disagreeing with me that taku is manipulative: look, I’m not saying that Jowoon is perfect, or even Haesoo for that matter, like at this point the best ship is themxtherapy... BUT that’s not where this story is heading to, and for ME the Better choice is jowoon, bcs unlike Taku he wasn’t scheming or tricking Haesoo for his own gratification; but their relationship was mostly based on impulsiveness and emotions,and the main problem was the lack of communication between them and how they both think that the other is not that into them, but even so, they continue the relationship bcs they both refuse to let go.
So there’s A lot of mutual action going there which is not the case for TakuxHaesoo.
So in the end even tho, yes, Jowoon and Haesoo were both hurting each other bcs of their actions, that’s nothing a good conversation can’t fix, if they clear the misunderstandings surrounding them and come clean about their feelings and intentions I think that there’s a good potential for their relationship to blossom beautifully bcs they both care deeply for each other
