It would be best to ask permission from them first, or, if you're lucky, you could try requesting for their cleaned chapters and say you will credit them. like I don't know anything about scanlating so im not trying to start anything but they seem relatively clean compared to other raws that have a buch of watermarks and stuff, sorry if that's considered bad or anything I legitimately don't know better

There is, from Toonkor and Newtoki. But the raws there are sometimes low in quality and have watermarks. You can perhaps
use the raws from either Newtoki or Toonkor to translate the lines/dialogues while you use the chapters in the Vietnam one as a clean hd base chapter.
