The offender either runs away and gets away with it, gets beat up a little, gets a little slap, gets embarassed-- fucking ARREST THEM. They treat it like the offender was just bullying somebody and being a general jackass. And the uke and seme always have sex right after, like all that happened was the uke got harassed a little.
