The entire team was blamed because those people who did those problematic things are still on the team. The people who responded to the powerpoint that exposed toxic scans, are STILL in that group. So even if they say, “this isn’t related to toxic scans.” Yes it is because they did those things, they’re still in the group, and they’re the main face of the group. That means the group finds there actions okay since they didn’t remove them from the group.
