I am not talking about the story. I am taking about the phrase. I think it's very stupid and and rude to use. I am not blonde. To me it sounds like that rando is calling anyone with blonde hair dumb. I am pretty sure, no one use that phase with other people who have other hair color, so in a way it sounds really racist.
