i read this manhwa for the first time maybe around 3-4 years ago and when i tell yall i cried like a bitch, i seriously mean i criED LIKE AN UGLY BITCH. the moment she stepped into the ocean crying siZ i was bawling my eyes out and i wasn't thinking straight reading this. reading it again a few years later, i can handle my emotions very well now so i kept my sanity well throughout and i just wanted to say that towards the ending it felt a little... lackluster. i mean don't get me wrong, i'm very happy for mari but the events towards the end felt a little too bizarre (yeah i'm talking about the bullying you mfs) for everything to be resolved by a damn piece of paper in an annoying pink envelope. i felt insulted in her place. their actions could be warranted as physical assault then, but of course yes she's a vampire so they won't take action, but damn what a shit show, they're all just forgetting that fiasco shit happened?? and shiho (?? was that even his name?? i'm talking abt the white haired vampire) i said this a few years ago and i'm gonna say it again, he deserved more. homeboy was there for her when jaemin was being a lil (understandable) shit, and she's just throwing that out the window?? all i'm saying is that the ending felt odd, there's something not right about it but at the same time i can't imagine any other ending because mari seems really happy.
