Looking for a specific manga

So I read this manga not too long ago but I just can't think of the title. It's a magic/reincanation manga where the mc is killed by a crazy lady at the train station about to board the train to go to college/a party (I think, don't remember the destination too well) after promising her brother to buy him something on the way home. She's reborn into a family in another world and her parents love her very much but she completely reject them bc she still has memories of her previous life but she's ok with her older brother cuz he's cute and considerate lol. Here's the thing, the world has magic and the elemental spirits give her their blessings but her magic still goes out of control and she hurts her mother. An almighty dragon visits her in her dreams and tells her something that I don't remember and she realises she has no hope of going back to she starts treating her family like actual family. Fast forward a few years, she refuses to learn magic bc she's afraid of hurting her loved ones again but kinda gives in after her mom tells her she can ride on a broom and fly around everywhere lol. I'm pretty sure she slaps some important figure's son (I think it was the first prince) and they get into a fight because of the son during multiple rude things to her.
