I don't find haesoo and jowoon's relationship disturbing at all. But it isn't the same as taesung and haebom. Even though taesung's mum said she adopted bom bom, she only took care of him not fully adopt him like change his surname and stuff like that. There has always been a gap....

But guys they say it because Haebom is adopted into his family remember. That the mom adopted them after his mom died because he was too young, so they are siblings, not by blood, but by law because the mom adopted him. I know she says this I don’t remember each chapter. No hate for Cherry Blossoms after Winter though ;)) Very good 10/10 recommend :)
