Atleast shes a good mary sue. A bad one is when the do questionable or borderly bad things but is still addressesd as perfect by her peers (like miraculous ladybug -marinette)

To me a bad mary sue is a bland one.
Personally, the only time a mary sue will ever be good is when it's done for satire, like teruhasa from the disastrous life of saiki k.
If a mary sue is made and intended to be taken seriously....then it will inevitably and automatically be cringy and boring.
As for marinette.... admittedly, I am quite fond of her, so it is entirely possible my point of view is biased, but I don't count her as a mary sue because she posseses a LOT of flaws- most of which aren't glossed over-
I mean, yes, a lot of Marinettes classmates look up to her, but that doesn't mean they believe she's perfect.
They've pointers her clumsiness out multiple times and even remained doubtful of her point of view since they know her feelings for adrien hold a lot of away over her
But you do realize that their reactions are not normal. The way she freakin sneaked into adrien's house on what is supposed to ba a boy's day? Like she lacked basic common sense. If that was in real life, she would have been shunned or maybe advice to but nope, not marinette
