Whyre they calling the boss her?

that was the movie they were watching, in the movie the man was talking about his cat (i think it was his cat or maybe his daughter?) to the babysitter, but then the blonde boy imagine it was the boy with the dimples inside the movie and went crazy because he doesn’t like him. then he realised that it’s literally just movie and that he’s only IMAGINING the dimple boy in the actors place. i hope this made sense, sorry if it didn’t
