Im Honestly not sure. I Thought originally that it was blackmail (Considering how chapter 2 ending) but as the reason for it i wouldnt know. Theres something suspicious about it. So im pretty 50/50 about weather its true or not.
So, who actually thinks this boy REALLY IS Iwaki-san's son? Me? I think it would be pretty obvious if it wasn't his son and just a misunderstanding. But, if it is his son, then that would add alot more drama to the story. So, I guess the REAL question is who WANTS the boy to be Iwaki-san's son so the story can get even crazier?!?!?!
