BTW, OLD XIAN IS ACTUALLY A-XIAN, WHICH IS A GUY'S NAME. TANJIU IS ALSO A GUY'S NAME. SO SICK OF THE WRONG INFO CIRCULATING ALL AROUND.

Why does it matter whether the authors are males or females? He/she definitely has a lot of artistic talents, and his/her abilities never fail to make us happy or smile. That is what counts the most, I think. Thinking about it for a long time, it would be nice if the author was a guy. I definitely get why you are asking this, then, the reason being that most of the BL and GL mangakas out there are females. It'd be nice to have a mangaka who is a male, for that would imply that there are guys who are interested in reading, writing or drawing romance other than het. (I get that Mosspaca isn't really about BL or GL, but I am referring to Old Xian and Tan Jiu's other works)
