I get what you're saying. They try to make him fall under the category of 'good' when there is no such thing as 'good'. People believe what they want to see and take it at face value and they don't analyze or think twice while Kang Soo did what he did. They have a category, a naive blind here that puts others before himself and is always kind and doesn't think much about his actions. That's not Kang Soo.
Sure, his way of thinking is twisted, but can you blame him. He was put through shit and just wants to go home. His first round went terribly for him, he felt like he wasn't being respected and was treated like shit even though he did save the world. He just did it in a way that was 'right' for them. So he restarted the round, and failed. The next time they added another player who's more like the 'hero' they want Kang Soo to be, but he can't be. Not only is Sieg dumb as hell, he's also naive and weak and likes to 'play around'. That's how Kang Soo sees him, and honestly I find it insulting that they want him to be like that. like no <3
Maybe they are isekai-harem naive and dumb mc fans. They want a pure innocent hero who goes to a girl's room and 'accidentally' see them naked and the (bitch)girl screaming 'PERVEEEEEEEEEERT' and of course nobody hear that.
They wanted people to be a good person, but they're didn't even know what psychology means and just saying "Be a good person!" or "Why people like you exists?". Just like toxic parents.
Reputation are useless cuz you can just see many good people with bad reputation just because they do something bad once. Never seen any? Go read some drama stuff.
Actually i'm not really on Kang Soo side tho. He just wants everything are done quickly and don't wanna think a better way to solve a problem. He really wants everything are being done quickly, he really really want it that he never thinking how other people might see him in a good way or a bad way.
