I think they translated it from Korean, not Japanese since ages in Korean are 2 years older from your average age
The original its really Japanese not Korean, the age to be in school in japan its until 18 the most and to get a job is minimum 15, part timers are usually under 18 (when they are allowed to get a full time job even if they failed school or still studying) so it would make sense for the uke to be around 17 since he said himself that he wants to "become" an adult and they called him a kid many times, not to mention that he's eating bento at school in cover of chap 4, the seme said "almost 12 years" , its not even 12, so that would implicate that he's 21 (which doesn't make any sense at all) so either the translation is wrong or the seme is wrong, anyways in my opinion he's underage and they are in a tricky spot but anyways seme still waiting for him to finish high school apparently?
