Good point. I suspect Nakyum may have also woke Seungho up when he returned to grab his scarf. So there is hope he realises he's been kidnapped and hasn't just run away.
The panels from the start of the chapter clearly happen AFTER the kidnapping so I wonder if Jihwan is actually blackmailing Seungho to stay with him? The other noble says he has never seen Seungho so angry and he was surprised that he took him back "as though nothing happened'".
The statement didn't make alot of sense to me initially but it does if you consider the possibility that Jihwan is using Nakyum to blackmail Seungho. Hmm...

To all the people saying when Seungho wake up he's gonna get nuts thinking Nakyum has ran away, please keep in mind the part where Nakyum enters Seungho's room to get his scarf and that head thing BUT THEN when he's shown all kidnapped and stuff HE'S NOT WEARING THEM wich probably means he struggled during the kidnap and those were left behind.
I know it's not much but I have expectations Seungho or even that nice servant will find it strange and see it as a clue that something happened, even bcs Nakyum was all concerned and taking good care of his master lately.
Man, the struggle to try to convince myself everything is going to be okay and Seungho (with his fever getting down as Nakyum said) is going to the rescue and kya kyaaa and stuff lol I'm literally suffering rn
