Anyone has more recommendations for manga/webtoons like Semantic Error?

1) The humor is everything. I laughed so hard in every single chapter.

2) I'm okay if one of the characters aren't as annoying as Jaeyoung though. I don't hate him though only coz he's fictional.
(But wow, jaeyoung is the psycho here but sangwoo isn't? that doesn't seem right)

3) I love no-nonsense MCs like Sangwoo who are very blunt and determined about their goals. The way he is so unaware and just doesn't give a fuck about his surroundings is also simultaneously funny and cute. Even though he's supposed to be the uke I like how he's not bending to the will of Jaeyoung. I also love both of their character designs.

4) What also stands out about the webtoon besides the comedy is the feel-good warmth you get from the story. Kinda similar to heesu in class 2, someone else's bl manhwa, odd girl out in that regard for me. The characters are also really memorable and even after a longtime it's not likely that I'll forget any of them or mix em up.

Yes yes yes to all of this! Love how developed and unique the characters are. One thing I like is that the author doesn’t “break any rules” when it comes to the characters- something that happens a lot with other stories where you’ll be reading and a character suddenly does something very off-character or the plot shifts very unrealistically and you’re just kind of left like ??? That came out of nowhere. That’s my biggest pet peeve bc it just pulls me out of the story honestly.

But here the characters I feel are very developed and their motives/backgrounds are explained well AND upheld (so far lol). Like the CS guy is super focused and logical, and his actions/speech/thoughts show that. The design dude’s actions and thoughts are contrasted really well against that n you actually get a sense of two different personalities. That’s always a sign to me that it’s going to be a good story!

Also love blunt and determined MCs so I totally agree with you there! So often in stories the characters are always focused on romance and dating which ok...I feel like isnt very realistic. It’s so refreshing to have a character that actually feels like a normal person/different from the typical mc.

Anyways srry for the long ass rant lol. It just really excites me when stories and characters are well written! And I agreed with a lot of what you said. Seconding that request for similar mangas !!
