Yes, Loki is really dead because he overused his power
I still don't understand the story, he overused power for what??
Well Loki did say that he would use it to go back and see past memories or something along those lines. We don’t really know when he used them It can be implied that he used his powers in order to protect Nakaba quite often. Like that scene with the avalanche.
