no gap moe :(

I’ve read the novel and tbh I am a little bit disappointed bc the villain family doesn’t give me the villain’s vibes like in the novel... Their personality are juste like a cold-looking ML with a good heart but not necessarily like a villain. And in the novel, the brother was more cunning and petty towards the MC at first and the father was more mysterious with big daddy villain vibe, who will be expressionless like a real villain (bc he’s judging the MC) and not just « :| ». And the father’s smile was too kindhearted and it doesn’t fit his personality at this moment of the story ? The gap moe is not present (or not as powerful as the novel) and that’s to bad :(

But yeah, the webtoon is really good but bc I knew the novel, I didn’t expect them to be like this at the beginning so my own expectations kind of ruined my reading :/
