Um sorry to tell you this but yes, it is nothing like lgbtq+ because it’s something that literally shouldn’t be done morally or scientifically, it messes the genes very badly hence why it’s illegal. An example of this would have to be king tut and his family line

That's what i dont get. I'm part of the lgbtq+ community too but I hold every kind of relationship the same as incent in terms of "love". What's so wrong about it when two people just love e/o. They're not hurting anybody nor do they advocate that everybody who has sibling should have that kind of intimacy. As everybody is backing up the lgbtq+ community saying you can't control who you love. Isn't that the same as incest.
So in terms of an incest relationship that can make a baby. Yes, It does mess up genes but do we have the rights to judge when its their choice to make a baby. There's this one film in the Philippines where cousins who deeply love e/o had kids who had problems on their body but you can see that they are a loving family and that the parents are doing their best to make their children's lives comfortable. If its the gene problem that people feel grossed about then what about those who are in an incest relationship but both male or female or in short can't make a baby.

Am I weird if I'm fine with incest? Like I find incest relationship the same as lgbtq+ like you don't get to choose who you like, feelings are an uncontrollable thing. I mean its fine if people find it weird since it is uncommon and they are blood related but then I don't get why people are opposed of this ideal. Like if you think about it, as long as both parties love e/o isn't that enough. If your reason is that there is a complication of giving birth if the incest partners are those who can give birth then who are we to judge. It's their baby.
