I don't think he's treating him again as in the past, it was a date between lovers where Jooin gave him something as well (as a symbol of reciprocal feelings). I suppose we're going to see many more details to show how their relationship is slowly changing, to finally get substantial and important changes. I understand if people doesn't like Yawhi tho.
