Yeah, the first chapters let you to think that kurose somehow knew him from before. My only wish is for them to not be brothers:(

I keep trying to get past it, but I keep going back and forth between her face and that of Shiro's father. I don't like saying it, but they both really bear a resemblance to Kurose. And considering that Shirotani is only, what, 5 years older than Kurose, it seems so likely that that stupid student could be Kuro's mother.
Well, THAT'S a depressing thought. I'm just praying with all my might that Kuro and Shiro aren't brothers. After the last chapter, I can't take that, I really can't.

Wait a second, everyone. Here's another theory. Could it be possible that girl is Kurose's older sister? I agree that this girl and Kurose do share a resemblance. It could be possible those two are siblings.

I think this possibility is even more unlikely, given the age gap that would be present if she were his older sisters. It might me more of a mother-and-child gap, as people are saying. If Kurose was alive during the incident, he would be even younger than Shirotani, perhaps around 3-6 years of age; this is comparatively a very large age gap to have between and elder sister and a younger brother, especially in Japan. Although it could occur...

Good point. I just state this possibility of siblings because i believe jumping to the conclusion of mother and child relationship seem a bit vague. I believe that there is much more to the story

My sister is 15 years older than me( we have different dads ). I feel like both theories might be a bit of a stretch though.

My sister is 12 years older than me. But this changes nothing because I am American, and I know for a fact that such age gaps are not common in Japan. Both are a stretch though, I agree. I've written a lengthy post concerning my skepticism above.
