I also re-read it just now lol the author which is the Saintess made the FL in her story that the emperor falls for the empress because of her sudden change of behavior which is due to the FL that comes from the other world. So, basically its either the empress now is the FL that comes from the other world, or it can also be its the orignal Cecil will stay in her body, or will there be another person that might come from other world and possess the empress? Because the Saintess said that the emperor fall in love to the empress because of her sudden change, or it can also be that the Saintess was suppose to be the FL that's going to possess the empress but instead ended up being in the Saintess body.
