The only manga I can think of similar to what you described is “Raising a Bat”. But I don’t think it was a hotel that the Uke slit his wrists in? Either way it’s a good read

OK so there was a manga and it might be this but idk. All i remember was the uke went to a hotel room and slit his wrist in the bathroom. He was found half dead but lived and blah blah. Was it this or was it something else. Help!!!!
