I think starting was from present time, and then last panel was from past timeline.
But the bouquet and their suits..
They’re not wearing the same clothes. The brunette isn’t even wearing a suit either, he’s wearing a brown shirt underneath (whereas he worse a suit to the wedding with a green tie)

And ends with-- "I'm dating someone"
