So basically Noah was a part of some cult. Agatho promised to stay with Noah if they left the cult. When the cult leader is about to sacrifice Agatho to God by killing Agatho with a sword, Noah stabs the cult leader, which sends the cult members into chaos. They then leave the place. Agatho is shocked seeing how far Noah went and Noah says that it’s necessary. Afterwards they go to a house or something in the woods I think (I’m not sure) where Noah tells Agatho to stay with him forever. Agatho and Noah do the xxx. When Agatho wakes up, he sees Noah near the window chanting the cult ritual or something and wishing for his cult brothers to be happy in heaven. Agatho is shocked, and he realizes he there’s no strength left in his body, and he can’t talk. Noah tells Agatho that he was drugged so they could be together forever. Noah is a psychopath and says that this will be their paradise for eternity. (Up to chapter 7)
