No, the hair color can only be seen by us readers, but in the eyes of everyone in the comic, there's no difference between the two of them.
Think about it, sure the artist could've added a mole or some other detail to tell those two apart, but knowing the cliche of the story, the father and mother would have easily noticed it. If they didn't, then the readers would've questioned the IQ of the father given that it's supposed to be high. Same goes for the mother.
Both twins should look exactly alike, but for the sake of the readers and the story, they should be able to be distinguished separately. If not, the readers would honestly be more confused than they are now (I mean, the story is kinda impossible atm).
So what do they do? Change the hair color. It's also easier for the artist with this method.

Wow those are some very logical explanations I can't even disagree not that I was going to but damn anyway from reading it over again I found out that she actually noticed though I think it would have been betterI for us if we were the only ones who could see the color but I think if they looked exactly the same they wouldn't have as much of an independent character and personality or even charm they would just look like copies of each other but though it was blurry I could see that she was scolding him for the hair change which she thought was dye
Looks like they're all color blind lol didn't even ask her kid why did his hair color suddenly changed
