They're a team that have been recently picking up a load of series but to be honest their translations aren't great, they lack grammatical sense and nuance - the problem is also that once a scan has gone up, it's pretty hard to reverse it, as i doubt someone wants to reupload a new translation when one is already available and a lot of people are mad because it means that a lot of series feel like they're becoming ruined and will likely never be fixed
Also they steal a lot of series from other translator teams only to put less effort in order to have faster releases.

S2 Translations is the team name so it refers to a whole group of people, although the translations might think it's just one unfortunately (〜￣△￣)〜
