I think the one stated only as a fact in this story is that a beta male can't get pregnant, because their bodily function is of normal human, but there's no saying that an omega male can't get pregnant by a male beta, so the probability of pregnancy is highly likely since Chowon is Dominant to be begin with.

Its good if chowon can get pregnant and will have a dominant alpha child,then heeso and dojun will adopt beta child and byul will be dominant omega..fargo can create a love triagle omegaverse story..
