im more afraid of the uke than the literal vampire

Here's my unsolicited analysis that no one asked for and hopefully no one will read:

By nature, the uke's quite straightforward, an open book for anyone to read, and wears his emotions on his sleeve.
Despite a guard that's always down, and defenses so non-existent, he's almost scary- in how he isn't hesitant to go after what he wants, and his desires take precedence over any stubborn ego.

Which is how his efforts to get closer to seme never ceased, and he never quite lost hope. He isn't easily influenced either, surprisingly, given his adoration for vampires only grows stronger despite the opposite sentiments of those around him.

The uke, with his obsession of vampires, is extremely clingy and starry-eyed at the prospect of actually getting to know one up close.

Such an approach to vampires - to creatures who are only ever shunned and shuttered away from irrational fear of the humans - is unprecedented for our seme.

From the looks of it, he stays by himself(and isn't emo or goth about it which is a refreshing change lol).

He's probably an introvert by nature, so couple that together with the implications of his vampire origins-

maybe he thinks close relationships are unnecessary, because he will never be able to reveal his true nature, because there is no one who would accept it with open arms.

And maybe he's okay with that, he lives by himself just fine, doesn't have an emotional need that desperately seeks to be quenched. He's quite the sorted, level-headed guy so far.

But enter the uke, who'e everything he's never seen, never expected - with such innocent interest in that part of him that he never lets see the light of the day, the part that society teaches him to hide for his own benefit

Someone who doesn't judge, doesn't run away. even offers to help out with his feeding requirements.

The uke is a strange nut for sure, with zero sense of self preservation in the face of the ectasy of having his life-long desire of meeting a real vampire fulfilled.

I had been wondering - uke's clingy behavior would probably put anyone off, cause the boy doesn't catch a fucking hint

but the seme, as uncertain and wary he is, doesn't seem to entirely dislike it.
He doesn't seem to have any gaping insecurity about his origins, so the uke isn't dramatically filling that crack in his heart or something; he's just an interesting existence.

And before he knows, maybe the seme will start to revel in this positive attention, in this innocuous curiosity, in this space where he canbe himself, and be adored for it, sought for it.

Knowing how some of these romcoms go, my theory is that vampire-nim will fall first. And he'll feel upset, thinking that shortie doesn't like /him/ as much as he likes the vampire part of him - and the very quality of the uke that the seme falls for becomes the thorn in this unrequited pining.

And then, maybe he'll quietly distance himself from the uke, who actually does like him that way already but never quite made it clear to seme, and then, the uke being the stubborn ass staker he is, goes and clear things up instead of mopping, and then a bunch of things happen and they get together and a lot of off-screen sexy times involving hickeys and vampire lust happens THE END

why did it write this;;;;; anyway i doubt the author gonna give as many fcks about the plot so it will hopefully be a breezy love story heheヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
